Working metafora
Qumio believes in partnerships not in vendor-client model. That’s why I evaluate new customerships very carefully. As a small team we just cannot have anything else than great partnerships!
I’ve normally booked for 4-6 six weeks ahead for normal priority operations. I can almost always arrange spot for SQL Server Disaster Recovery (DR) situations. For best possible DR service look no further there is no other MCM & MCSM in Finland.
Hourly rate
I’m not the cheapest person in town but if you cannot afford missteps go with the MCM. I charge my services based on hourly rate. My standard hourly rate is 220 eur/h + VAT. For DR situations I charge 2 times the normal rate. These prices do not include travelling costs if needed. For ongoing services it is always a fixed price for agreed services and always negotiaded separately.
